Owosso Mi. – Troy Crowe opened up an Owosso location for Sheridan Reality & Auction Co. & Crowe Real Estate two years ago at 1007 S. Washington St. The company built an approximate 4,800 sq ft storage building, and according to Crowe, it was supposed to give them lots of space.

Crowe stated that the business has exploded and that they are selling product from Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, Wayfair, and many other Big Boxes along with products from individuals and estate sales.

Crowe stated that they ran out of room and needed to expand.

Crowe broke ground today for a 7,500 sq ft storage building that they hope to have completed and in operation yet this year.

The company not only sell products but also large tracks of land, homes, and commercial properties.
