Attorney Geoffrey Fieger Launches Two $100 Million Lawsuits Against Oxford Schools That If Successful Will Garner Fieger’s Law Firm Tens of Millions.

On Thursday Attorney Geoffrey Fieger held a news conference stating that he has filed a federal lawsuit for the family of Riley Franz, a student who was shot in the neck at Oxford High School last week.  Fieger states it is not about the millions of dollars his firm may receive but is all about hurting society to force society to do something about gun violence in schools.

Fieger is suing the school district and school officials in Oxford, Mich., saying they failed to prevent the mass shooting that killed four students and injured seven others.

Fieger states that the if he receives the $100 million it isn’t really hurting the taxpayers but insurance companies. Fieger didn’t explain where the money comes from that the insurance companies would pay out.

Two school principals, the district superintendent, the dean of students, two counselors, a staff member, and two teachers are named in the suits.

Fieger stated that he named all because currently it is unknown who did what. “It’s a process of weeding them out..." Fieger stated.

Fieger said officials "allowed the deranged, homicidal student to return to class with a gun in his backpack, with over 30 rounds of ammo in his backpack, when they knew he was a homicidal threat."

Fieger stated about15-year-old Ethan Crumbley, who has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and terrorism for allegedly shooting up a school,  "He was allowed to carry it out.."

When asked if he, Fieger wasn’t profiteering in these lawsuits, Fieger stated, “I wouldn’t do this for money if my life depended on it, I don’t need it, what I need is justice..”

Fieger continued trying to explain to the press that he needs to seek and receive millions of dollars to teach officials that they must do things differently in protecting children.

Fieger said that if the officials cared they should just pay out the Hundred Million and not force him to sue.

Fieger not once suggested that he would handle this case at no cost.
